segue o Art. 49 da Lei 8.078\/09 do C\u00f3digo de Defesa do Consumidor e, por isso, garante um prazo legal de sete (7) dias corridos, ap\u00f3s o pagamento da inscri\u00e7\u00e3o, para o participante solicitar o reembolso sem \u00f4nus, desde que o evento n\u00e3o tenha ocorrido.<br>2.2 \u2013 O cancelamento da inscri\u00e7\u00e3o somente ser\u00e1 aceito se solicitado at\u00e9 um dia antes do evento, sendo formalizado por e-mail para a SBPT \u2013 financeiro@sbpt.org.br.<br>2.3 \u2013 Ap\u00f3s o prazo estipulado para solicita\u00e7\u00e3o de cancelamento\/desist\u00eancia, n\u00e3o haver\u00e1 reembolso.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3 \u2013 Reembolso<\/strong><br>3.1 \u2013 Inscri\u00e7\u00f5es feitas em duplicidade ser\u00e3o reembolsadas se comprovadas em at\u00e9 (15) quinze dias ap\u00f3s a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o do evento.<br>3.2 \u2013 O inscrito pode desistir da inscri\u00e7\u00e3o, sem \u00f4nus ou descontos na devolu\u00e7\u00e3o do valor pago, no prazo de sete (7) dias, a contar da data do pagamento, desde que o evento n\u00e3o tenha ocorrido.<br>3.3 \u2013 Caso o pedido de cancelamento seja solicitado ap\u00f3s os sete (7) dias, a inscri\u00e7\u00e3o ter\u00e1 uma reten\u00e7\u00e3o de 30% (trinta por cento), a t\u00edtulo de taxa de administra\u00e7\u00e3o, desde que observado o item 2.2.<br>3.4 \u2013 O reembolso ser\u00e1 realizado em at\u00e9 trinta (30)
