{"id":26977,"date":"2023-05-30T16:34:39","date_gmt":"2023-05-30T16:34:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sbpt.org.br\/portal\/?p=26977"},"modified":"2023-05-30T16:34:39","modified_gmt":"2023-05-30T16:34:39","slug":"nota-dr-paolo-pelosi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sbpt.org.br\/portal\/nota-dr-paolo-pelosi\/","title":{"rendered":"SBPT se compadece pelo falecimento do Dr. Paolo Pelosi"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify\">A SBPT manifesta condol\u00eancias pelo falecimento do Prof. Dr. Paolo Pelosi, nesta ter\u00e7a-feira (30\/05\/2023).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Considerado um \u00edcone da Ventila\u00e7\u00e3o Mec\u00e2nica Internacional, o Dr. Pelosi atuou como Professor Chefe em Anestesiologia e Cuidados Cr\u00edticos da Universidade de G\u00eanova e Chefe da Unidade de Anestesiologia e Terapia Intensiva do Hospital San Martino, em G\u00eanova, It\u00e1lia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">O m\u00e9dico colaborou intensamente com a Pneumologia e Terapia Intensiva Ventilat\u00f3ria no Brasil, enquanto professor e pesquisador das \u00e1reas de complica\u00e7\u00f5es pulmonares p\u00f3s-operat\u00f3rias, insufici\u00eancia respirat\u00f3ria aguda, ventila\u00e7\u00e3o mec\u00e2nica, troca gasosa e mec\u00e2nica respirat\u00f3ria, meta-an\u00e1lise e ensaios controlados randomizados.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Foi frequente colaborador em publica\u00e7\u00f5es de cientistas brasileiros, professor das pneumologistas e pesquisadoras brasileiras, Dra. Patr\u00edcia Rocco, Dra. Paula Werneck e tantos outros.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">&#8220;Professor Paolo Pelosi faleceu hoje. Tinha 60 anos. H\u00e1 20 anos vinha anualmente ao Brasil. Contribuiu com forma\u00e7\u00e3o de v\u00e1rios m\u00e9dicos e alunos de p\u00f3s gradua\u00e7\u00e3o, que hoje trabalham em diferentes unidades de terapia intensiva no Brasil. Paolo Pelosi modificou v\u00e1rios conceitos na terapia intensiva e anestesiologia. Publicou mais de 800 artigos, cap\u00edtulos de livro e patentes, al\u00e9m de ter orientado diversos alunos e colaborado com pesquisadores do Brasil e ao redor do mundo. Seu humor inteligente e sua bondade eram caracter\u00edsticas marcantes de Paolo. Meus sentimentos a fam\u00edlia e amigos. Descanse em paz meu amigo.&#8221;, escreveu a Dra.
