Na ocasi\u00e3o, o Diretor de Defesa Profissional da SBPT, Dr. Marcelo Gervilla Greg\u00f3rio, explica quais s\u00e3o as melhores pr\u00e1ticas de laudagem das provas de fun\u00e7\u00e3o pulmonar do ponto de vista da atividade m\u00e9dica e do uso da Telemedicina.<\/span><\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>DO PONTO DE VISTA DA ATIVIDADE M\u00c9DICA &#8211; aspectos legais (CRM):<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">O laudo de espirometria tem que ser assinado por m\u00e9dico com CRM do estado onde o exame foi executado. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>RECOMENDA\u00c7\u00d5ES DA SOCIEDADE DE ESPECIALIDADE (que n\u00e3o t\u00eam for\u00e7a de lei):<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">O laudo tem que ser feito por pneumologista <a href=\"https:\/\/sbpt.org.br\/portal\/\/habilitacao-funcao-pulmonar\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">certificado pela SBPT<\/a>. Em radiologia, essa forma de trabalho \u00e9 muito comum. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>EXAMES EXECUTADOS SEM QUALIDADE: <\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">O pneumologista tem o direito de n\u00e3o aceitar um exame cuja apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o atende os crit\u00e9rios propostos nas <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.jornaldepneumologia.com.br\/detalhe_suplemento.asp?id=45\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Diretrizes da Sociedade Brasileira de Pneumologia e Tisiologia<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Neste caso, \u00e9 recomendado solicitar a repeti\u00e7\u00e3o do exame ou que seja feito em outro laborat\u00f3rio, relatando as defici\u00eancias do exame para que seja corrigido.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>EXAMES LAUDADOS POR M\u00c9DICOS QUE SE INTITULAM PNEUMOLOGISTA SEM POSSUIR TITULA\u00c7\u00c3O OU RESID\u00caNCIA \/ EST\u00c1GIO CREDENCIADOS PELO MEC:<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">O caso deve ser denunciado no CRM para provid\u00eancias do delegado regional. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>EXAMES LAUDADOS POR M\u00c9DICOS COM CRM DE OUTRO ESTADO:<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Alguns conselhos estipulam um prazo para que o m\u00e9dico providencie o CRM do estado onde o exame foi realizado.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A situa\u00e7\u00e3o irregular tamb\u00e9m pode ser motivo de den\u00fancia no Conselho.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>REMUNERA\u00c7\u00c3O PELO EXAME:<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">As tabelas m\u00e9dicas atuais (TUSS) n\u00e3o s\u00e3o monetarizadas e os valores pagos variam amplamente.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A CBHPM apresenta a refer\u00eancia de valor de R$ 124,15 (tabela TUSS CBHPM 2016, Prova de Fun\u00e7\u00e3o Pulmonar completa, p\u00e1g. 45.), mas n\u00e3o existe obrigatoriedade de cumprimento pelas operadoras.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Os contratos entre prestadores e empresas de sa\u00fade suplementar s\u00e3o livres e as Sociedades M\u00e9dicas s\u00e3o proibidas de fixar valores m\u00ednimos. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Espirometrias ocupacionais s\u00e3o pagas pelas empresas diretamente ao prestador, sem qualquer interfer\u00eancia dos \u00f3rg\u00e3os reguladores acima citados. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Consideramos que o pneumologista que lauda exames por valores irris\u00f3rios pode estar sendo explorado e, ao se submeter a isso, prejudica a concorr\u00eancia local e se exp\u00f5e ao risco de assinar exames imposs\u00edveis de laudar, podendo causar danos aos pacientes, no caso de exames com finalidade cl\u00ednica, ou \u00e0s empresas, no caso de exames ocupacionais. Basta imaginar que, ao classificar erroneamente uma prova ou tratamento, se compromete a \u00e1rea empresarial e o indiv\u00edduo pode perder sua empregabilidade. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>CASOS DE SINDIC\u00c2NCIA CONTRA O M\u00c9DICO PELA N\u00c3O ACEITA\u00c7\u00c3O DA ESPIROMETRIA: <\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00c9 recomendado elaborar um relat\u00f3rio detalhado sobre as defici\u00eancias do resultado, citando as Diretrizes como refer\u00eancia, e encaminh\u00e1-lo para o laborat\u00f3rio de Fun\u00e7\u00e3o Pulmonar e para a fonte contratante (conv\u00eanio ou empresa). <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Se o caso se transformar em a\u00e7\u00e3o judicial, pode-se eleger um colega pneumologista como perito t\u00e9cnico, que possa defender a desqualifica\u00e7\u00e3o do exame. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00c9 imprescind\u00edvel denunciar problemas de registro e declara\u00e7\u00e3o de especialidade por parte do m\u00e9dico que laudou o exame.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Marcelo Gervilla Greg\u00f3rio<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Diretor de Defesa Profissional &#8211; SBPT <\/span><\/p>\n<!-- AddThis Advanced Settings generic via filter on the_content --><!-- AddThis Share Buttons generic via filter on the_content -->","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>O Dia Mundial da Espirometria foi celebrado no \u00faltimo dia 14 de outubro.
